Understanding the nervous system is key to creating yoga classes that foster safety, healing, and connection. In this workshop designed for yoga teachers, we’ll explore the structure and function of the nervous system, and dive into understanding the vagus nerve. You’ll learn how to incorporate nervous system awareness and vagus nerve stimulation techniques into your teaching to empower your students—and yourself—to move with more balance, resilience, and mindful presence both on and off the mat.
