RITUAL RETURNÂ
RETREAT
April 2026 | Puerto Escondido, Mexico
Â
There’s a rhythm we lose in the rush of life — a quieter pulse beneath the noise. On the shores of Puerto Escondido, that rhythm returns.
Each day unfolds with intention: gentle movement that brings you back into your body, sound that hums through your bones, and space to simply be. The ocean becomes your teacher — reminding you of your own tides, your own breath, your own way back.
Led by Cat Wetenkamp and Courtney Chlober, this intimate retreat invites you to slow time, to listen inward, and to remember what it feels like to inhabit yourself fully. Between practices, linger by the sea, share nourishing meals, and let the simplicity of presence reshape you.
This is not about doing more.
It’s about softening into what’s already here.
Set along the tranquil shores of Puerto Escondido, Oaxaca, our retreat home is a stunning oceanfront villa where the rhythm of the waves sets the pace of your day. Meet Your Facilitators: Cat +Â Courtney
Catherine and Courtney first met nearly a decade ago while managing yoga studios for a national chain—drawn together by a shared devotion to authentic practice and heartfelt leadership. What began as professional collaboration evolved into friendship and creative partnership rooted in reverence for yoga, sound, and the sacred.
Today, Cat and Courtney unite their unique energies across continents—Cat based in Denver, Colorado, and Courtney in Puerto Escondido, Mexico—to guide others in remembering their wholeness. Both are experienced yoga teachers, sound healers, and ceremonial space holders, blending ancient wisdom with embodied modern practice.
Their retreats weave together stillness and sound, movement and meaning, ritual and rest. Each experience is crafted with intention—to help participants feel held, seen, and gently guided home to themselves.

Cat Wetenkamp
Facilitator
Cat is not just a teacher—she is a living transmission of the yogic path. A lineage-rooted educator, storyteller, and visionary guide, Cat is the founder of Kintsugi Yoga School and Seek Yoga Collective—a groundbreaking app designed to support yoga teachers in embodied leadership and ongoing evolution.
With over 5,000 hours of teaching experience and 1,200+ hours of advanced training, Cat has led dozens of 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher trainings across the globe. Her work synthesizes power vinyasa, kriya, mantra, mudra, meditation, and Tantric philosophy—offering a rare depth of practice that initiates students into their own power as ritualists, leaders, and wise teachers.
Cat’s teachings have touched thousands—from sold-out crowds at Yoga on the Rocks (3x featured teacher) to elite athletes like the Denver Broncos, whom she supports in mindfulness, recovery, and resilience. Across retreats, teacher trainings, and transformational spaces, she brings yoga into both peak performance and the quiet grit of everyday life.
A devoted student of goddess mythology, non-dual Tantra, and the inner technology of awakening, Cat teaches with heart and clarity. Her classes are not simply sequences—they are portals, alive with breath, story, sweat, and silence. Through her work, students don’t just learn yoga—they become it.

Courtney Chlober
Facilitator
Yoga has always been Courtney’s sanctuary — a place of clarity and connection, and a space to explore both her internal and external worlds in pursuit of balance and peace. Rooted in the values of freedom, flow, and surrender, her classes invite students to move with awareness, listen deeply, and trust the wisdom of their own bodies.
Courtney’s teachings blend yoga, sound, and meditation to create immersive experiences that nurture presence and authentic connection. Through these practices, she aims to share the profound sense of peace, courage, and alignment that yoga has brought into her own life.
Nearly 20 years ago, Courtney discovered yoga while recovering from injuries sustained as a young athlete. What began as a path to physical healing soon unfolded into a journey of self-discovery and transformation. With over a decade of teaching experience and 350+ hours of specialized training in Vinyasa, Hot, and Sculpt Yoga, Courtney is devoted to guiding others home to themselves — through movement, mindfulness, and the ever-evolving practice of flow.
